Pulau Lakei, Bako Fishing Trip

Finally, its Saturday... Time to go fishing again. Gears all ready and set to go.. Destination: Pulau Lakei, Bako.

Meeting point, Sin Hua apartment 8.45am

Packed and ready to go..

Arrived at Kampung Bako just before 10am.. View from the nearby coffee shop.

* Nice view but heard that the river is infested with crocs..

Just a little better than i expected..

Not much room to fish, but we reached the point of no return.. Must fish no matter wat..

Due to some miss-communication, departure time changed to 12pm... so our no patient fren decided to fish at the jetty first..

They say you can catch a glimpse of the ang mo sun bathing nude in the pulau here... unfortunately we came at the wrong time........

My catch of the day....

Weather during the nite quite bad, with the boat rocking heavily till morning... Weather very cold as ussual. Got several odd catch during the nite like soft shell turtle and shark...

There were no fish biting in the early morning, So we headed back to land at 7 am++
